Are your products Print on Demand or are they in stock? 

Ballz Apparel are in stock.

What is the processing time for your products? 

Our products typically ship out within 24 business hours.  Expedited Orders will be shipped the next business day

How much are shipping costs?

We offer FREE shipping in all 50 States for orders over $99.  All other orders shipping will be calculated at checkout

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do offer international shipping.  While the system will calculate an estimated shipping cost, we will verify the shipping cost and update you within 48 hours if there are any issues.

How do I make a change to an order I just made? 

Please email us support@ballzapparel.com.  In the email title, put "URGENT, Order Adjustment and put your order number"

What is your Returns and Exchange policy?

We offer Returns or Exchanges within 30 days from the date of order.  Return shipping is NOT included, neither is shipping for exchanges. Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on product availability

How long will it take to receive my refund for a product return?

Ballz Apparel takes returns and exchanges seriously.  We PROCESS refunds within 48 business hours of receipt. However please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to hit your card.  This time period is based on your financial institution.

I received a defective product, what do I do?

Please email us promptly, support@ballzapparel.com and we will get it resolved.
